THE BATHS
Heat at 185. Cold at 45. A bell that tells you when.
CHARRED CEDAR. EUCALYPTUS TILE. 185°F. 45°F.
The Round is the center of the house: 15 minutes in the Hot Room at 185 degrees, 2 in the Plunge at 45, 10 in the Rest with a robe and a daybed. 3 cycles, a bell at each threshold, a host who knows your name and your plunge time. The Steam Room runs beside the Hot Room for those who want wet heat. Rinse before you enter. Enter to the shoulders. 2 minutes, not more. Fire, ice, and good company.

How it works
- 01Book a guided Round or walk into an open one.
- 02Eat lightly in the 2 hours before.
- 03Rinse, then heat, then cold, then rest; the bell marks each.
- 04First time, tell your host; your plunge will be shorter and warmer.
Ask a host before your first plunge if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition or high blood pressure.
